Stop rehearsing a smaller life.
For the woman who is capable, exhausted and quietly furious at how small her life has become. One method, four ways in — starting with a free three-minute quiz.

Day 1 — The version of you who already has it
You already know what you’re not doing.
You drafted the message, read it twice, deleted it.
The raise you deserve is a conversation you keep postponing.
You shrink the plan before anyone can object to it.
You stay in the fine relationship because leaving felt unkind.
You’re confident in every room except the one that counts.
You call it being realistic. It’s settling, and you know it.
Confident everywhere except where it counts.
You’ve tried to think your way out. Your body wasn’t consulted.
Somewhere early, your nervous system learned that being seen is risky — that wanting more makes people uncomfortable, and that small is safe. It filed that as fact.
Since then you’ve argued with it: affirmations, plans, pep talks, one more book. The thinking is good. But a belief stored in the body isn’t reachable by argument.
So we don’t argue. We tap (EFT) to bring the charge down, then rehearse the new scene (visualisation) until your brain files it as familiar. Familiar is what the nervous system calls safe.
Safety isn’t an argument you win. It’s a state you practise.
Learn it. Tap it. Live it.
Ten minutes a morning. The same three moves whether you do it with the workbook, inside the challenge, or with me.
Learn it
One live teaching a week: the belief under the pattern, explained in plain neuroscience, no vibes required.
Tap it
A ten-minute guided EFT and visualisation every morning, delivered to your phone, so the shift happens in the body.
Live it
One audacious action a week — chosen by you, witnessed by the cohort — so the new identity shows up in your actual life.
Same week. Different woman.
Now: You drafted the message, read it twice, deleted it.
After four weeks: You send it. Then you make lunch.
Now: The raise you deserve is a conversation you keep postponing.
After four weeks: You name the number in the first meeting, not the third.
Now: You shrink the plan before anyone can object to it.
After four weeks: You pitch the full version and let them catch up.
Now: You stay in the fine relationship because leaving felt unkind.
After four weeks: You end things early and kindly — and stay ended.
Now: You’re confident in every room except the one that counts.
After four weeks: The room that counts is just a room.
Now: You call it being realistic. It’s settling, and you know it.
After four weeks: You stopped negotiating with your own ambition.
I know, because I settled for years.

Before you start
Is this therapy?
No. This works on where you’re going, not on healing a diagnosis. If something comes up that needs clinical support, I’ll say so and help you find it.
Do I have to believe in manifestation?
You have to be willing to try things. Every practice here has a plain nervous-system explanation next to it — hold whichever framing helps you show up.
Which tier should I start with?
Take the free quiz. The result page tells you which one fits where you are — and the workbook is the right start for most women.
How much time does it take?
Ten minutes each morning. The challenge adds live calls across its 15 days; 1:1 adds one session a week.
